My TruGreen technician, Caitlin Pridgeon, is without a doubt the BEST technician that's ever serviced my lawn! For starters, she's very diligent when she's applying either fertilizer or weed control. In the past, when I would hear the tech was here, by the time I went outside they'd already be gone. When she's done, she not only explains what was just applied but also what her strategy is going forward(this year with drought conditions she did not want to burn the lawn further using fertilizer). She's a consummate professional and literally cares about the lawns she services. I've told her on several occasions that I admire her passion in taking care of my lawn. Her service is exemplary and I'm looking forward to having her back next Spring.
