This particular comment is in reference to the assistance I received from an agent named Allen Altland. He went above and beyond to address and correct concerns I had about my service. He was extremely empathetic to my frustrations and even found in my profile why I kept experiencing the same problem over and over again. In a time where I feel many people have lost common kindness Allen showed an exuberant amount ! He was thorough and respectful and did his best to successfully come to a solution !
