My lawn was aerated yesterday. He did a very good job. The service sheet says the lawn was over seeded, but I don't see any sign of seed. I also wonder if seeding, if done, with the soil so dry is worth it. Most of my lawn is like straw, so I can't see the benefit of seeding till weather changes. The specialist was Mekhi Moore

They’ve serviced my lawn for years and have done a good job. They are reliable and if you’re not seeing results they will come back out. They will re-apply products to your lawn if they have to in order to ensure you are happy with the results.
Product seems to work and treatments are done as contracted.

Although our front lawn and backyard do not look the greatest right now it's not because of True Green. It's because of the drought that everyone is going through right now. We're hoping as soon as we get some significant rain fall our front and backyard lawns turn green once again.
You provide notice when you will be on site, and you perform the work efficiently and promptly.
I feel that my lawn is in good care with TruGreen. The results speak for themselves. Whenever someone is here working on the lawn, they are always available to answer questions or give some tips.
I only wish that I could reach my branch directly when I call.

Grass is doing well, service is quick and easy. I would like a little more notice before service. I like to cut the grass and clean everything up before. An additional day or 2 of notice would help.
great results with our lawn, and our trees & shrubs
this is a toigh year for lawns but I am happy to say that the last 2 years with Tru Green our lawn has never looked better . More uniform, green and healthy.
Most of the time there are no mosquito problems. This year even with a recent service the mosquitos have been active, particularly in the front of the house/porch. And, it is strange since we have not had rain and the areas are pretty dry.
Prompt and for the most part the lwan looks good.
But, I am seeing weeds in both the front and back lawns which I am digging out by hand as the weed control does not seem to be effective.
Hi, today we had our trees and shrubs serviced by Alec Iapalucci and Ed Quinn. We had requested that a technician come out to examine specific shrubs because we noticed what appeared to us, a fungus starting. We met Alec and Ed just prior to them servicing our landscape and showed them the shrubs that we were concerned about. Alec examined the shrubs and reported to us what he believed was happening. A treatment was to be applied and Ed was provided the treatment to those shrubs and then continued to the rest of our trees and shrubs. Alec meanwhile walked the property with me and answered any questions I had. I found Alec to be very knowledgeable, courteous, professional a good listener and just a nice person. Ed also was cordial, courteous, professional and mentioned that he was in training, but listened to my questions, and working with Alec provided the service necessary to our gardening.
I was extremely satisfied with the service I received today and would like, if possible, to have these individuals, servicing my trees and shrubs in the future.
