While I am generally satisfied, I always like to talk to the tech so I can ask question on how things are going. Lately that never happens, and I work from home. Also, my Hort, oil was applied but there is no evidence of it?? Typically, I see over spray on house and the holly leaf is shiny & that was not the case??? I would like a retreatment

I don’t have to think about what products the lawn needs, go to the store pick them up and then apply them. It saves us time and space in our garage (for all those bags of fertilizer, lime, etc). I am grateful for the time and “space”. Thank you!
