I mentioned to Dominique this afternoon that I have an entire patch of builders grade grass in my backyard and he said that he would recommend a complimentary aerate and seed in that area. He would make a note and service once the seed came in.

The lawn tech was both friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to walk around my yard with me. He pointed out specific spots that needed work and detailed ways to improve them.

I had a concern about a recent treatment and provided my feedback via a survey that was sent to me. I was contacted by your company, we talked about my concerns and your company put it right. Not every company stands behind its product the way yours does. I was impressed and very pleased.
Everything is always great. The service guy ( in this case Eric Varrassi 5895) treated our lawn and was careful not to get it on the drive or sidewalk, We have two short sides left and right. He was careful to make sure he did those too. Eric has done a terrific job both times he was here. He gets a 10 from us in all the categories there are. Right now it is just a big box where we can record our opinion. 10
The technicians always evaluate the lawns condition and make recommendations.
It's efficient and certainly helps, to keep my lawns green and property looking very nice.

The service is great but I requested information on what chemicals are used but no one has gotten back to me yet. Hopefully they will soon do I can make my decision on starting up again

RE: Lawn service on 3/30/17. Rodney Joseph (Specialist) did a good job for servicing our lawn for the first time. He was friendly an told me what he was applying. He said that he was assigned to this route and that we could expect to see him on future treatments to our lawn. I told him that I was glad to hear that as we had had many different specialists servicing our property last year.
Lawn Specialist, Juan, was extremely friendly, knowledgable and professional! Also, Leah, with customer service, was very helpful and professional as well! Would highly recommend.
Technician arrived close to the day that was promised, and (presumably) did a good job. Our lawn has looked quite good over the years, so I conclude the right combination of chemicals will continue to be used.
