I want to thank Adam Kidwell. When he arrived this morning, I was cutting my grass. I didn't have time to cut it earlier in the week. I received the phone notification that TruGreen would be coming today and hoped to be finished before he arrived. Unfortunately, that did not occur. I explained that I wanted to cut the grass before he treated the lawn. I told him that I understood that he would have to reschedule me and apologized that I was not ready. He had a very positive and professional attitude and said that rather than reschedule he would try to come by later in the day. He came back this afternoon and applied the treatments to my lawn. I know your specialists are busy and tightly scheduled. I really appreciate the extra effort Adam made to return and treat my lawn. He has a very positive attitude about his job. Please let him know that I appreciate his efforts.

Trugreen has been servicing my Lawn for over 10 years for lawn treatments. They are efficient, employed reliable workers that has integrity. My Lawn is & looks Healthy & Green. Great Customer Service experience too! Should you have an issue, complaint or not satisfy they will address your concerns immediately.
I like that Tony sends an email a week prior of the schedule for the following week of which properties are being treated and on which day. I also like how Kim sends me the work orders the day after service is completed.
I have had this service for over 30 years and until recently was satisfied with the service. However, over the past several years the service has not been good. Of course the COVID had something to do with the poor service. I optioned to give TRUGreen another go this year. So far the service has been OK. So far, I have had 2 applications and for some reason with both services no ticket so left so that I would know what is application was. The second application the sign said pesticide applied.

Charles is our specialist. He is wonderful, very conscientious of our pets and provides a detailed explanation of what he thinks our needs are. Sadly, I don't get charles every visit and wish I could. But I'm always happy to hear that when he is scheduled with us.
