I like:
- the professional services that have made my lawn look great. I tried doing it myself for a year, and my lawn showed the "neglect".
- the advance notices (voicemails) allowing me time to clear my lawn of leaves and limbs.
I like that the technician talks to me before and/or after the service. In this case, she phoned me upon arrival to tell me she was here and what she would be doing. I was then able to mention the only concern I had about one of the trees, and she assured me she'd tale care of it.

No worries, no need for me to have equipment or store product to treat my lawn. Applications are automatically scheduled and performed.

They're scheduled at the right intervals and time of year that help my lawn.
The technicians are very polite and courteous. I watch them as they service my scrubs and lawn. The reason is because in the past some of the technicians didn’t service my lawn as they should have and sometimes not at all . One time I was getting ready to discontinue my services. But by the technicians ringing my bell and letting me be aware of the service it’s been so much better .
Always polite. They knock on the door or ring the bell to let me know that he is on my property

I like not having lots of dandelions. I like that my grass and trees are fed. My lawn looks wonderful! I also like the mosquito treatments. And I really like not having to call and schedule appointments!

WHITE OR YELLOW FLAGS BE LEFT BEHIND.
Because of physical limitations I am unable to remove them and must rely on others to do
that.
