this reference is specifically for angela rossi who is a true asset to your company and is dedicated to promoting excellent customer service. i had called your 800 number on 8/1 with a nutsedge problem and was told they would have a technician out thursday 8/3. i received no phone call or email confirmation so on 8/3, after sitting here waiting from 8 a.m. until after 12 noon, i again called the 800 number only to be told the service had been re-scheduled for monday., the 7th.i asked why no one thought to call and tell me... of course she had no answer. she then asked what time i would like the technician here monday. i said, the 1st time slot; i.e.. 8. a.m. on monday, after 8 a.m., i get a notification from trugreen that the tech would be here between noon and 5 p.m. !!! what ??? i then sent an email to ms. rossi who had straightened out past issues with trugreen for me. a technician was here by 10:30; specifically in response to ms. rossi's contact with the local manager [ it should be noted , the weather report had bad weather for my area between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m.] if it had not been for the efforts of angela, i was prepared to cancel all future service. i thank her and your company should as well !!

Please do not do treatments on Wed. or Thursday. These are the trash pick-up and mowing days(subject to weather and Holidays). Would prefer a call or email from you the day before planned treatment.
