The technicians who come to my home do a great job of covering my lawn in the big areas. However, close to my flower/shrub beds, there are always weeds growing. The need to take the time to be careful getting closer to my flower/shrub beds with the big applicator or go around with a smaller spray applicator so the entire lawn is completed.

I that my yard is not full of dandelions all summer! I like the automated calls, letting me know when my next service will be. What I do miss, is that I used to get an email first thing in the morning on the day of service, so I could track/gage when the technician will arrive. Now I don't get it or if I do, I get within 1-2 minutes of arrive. It would be nice to get it in the morning, so that I can time when I can take my dog out.. Thanks

I have been pleased with the TruGreen service these past two years. I had a problem with whether or not my grub control was applied last week. I got a call from MaryEllen in customer service today. She was very understanding and the problem was resolved. I wish every customer service department had employees like MaryEllen. She is very knowledgeable about lawn treatment procedures and a great asset to your company.

My lawn seems to have developed "pink Mold" problem.
Is there a way to customize the treatment (i.e.. more of something or less of something) of my lawn to remediate this pink mold?
