Advance warning; suggestions
The service we had on 4/27/2017 was excellent! The specialist (57812 - Brett Thomas) did a fantastic job. He treated our whole lawn, right up to the edges of the flower beds. weeds started wilting the same day. We have never had such complete coverage with Chem Lawn, Scotts and now TruGreen.
Seems to do the appropriate work at the Right time of the season.
Nelsen Rice - 6883 Performed the Hort Plus Service and even though several of my Azaleas bushes were almost gone (dead) from non care, he called me and gave me good advise. I mulched them and cut some of the dead branches off, not all, I will do that after the blooms are gone. The color is rich and so pretty, I can't wait till they come back to how they use to look, he said maybe a couple of years. This year they are still outstanding, just small and miss shaped. I give him a ***10***
Alan Choi - 18678 Has been kind, he even left me a note to water my lawn, which I thank him for. I had no knowledge of what to do. It was nothing but dirt for a while. My husband use to take care of the lawn. The lawn is nice and green now, still some bare spots but I know I have to give it time. I just think he waited a little to long to tell me to water it. I give him a ***9***
Eric Menzel - 39005 Not sure what to say, he aerated and overseeded but I think it could have been done a little better. But then again it was mostly dirt, and now I have dark green grass with some bare spots. I give him an **8** maybe the next time he comes it will be a 10..
I have never met any of these guys and my house looks like I don't care, for a while there I didn't, but now I am trying to fix it up and the lawn makes a big difference. I know I need a lot of work on the house but I appreciate these guys being professional and caring. THUMBS UP!!!

Timely applications and description of service provided
I think True Green's service is excellent for the following reasons
You are reminded by phone as to when the application will given. This gives the homeowner an opportunity to reschedule if necessary.
There is no need for the homeowner to be home at the time of the application
If there are weeds growing after the current application and before the next application,
True Green will take care of the problem when then are notified, and without any additional costs.
Love how green my lawn looks and no dandelion. My neighbor is so jealous!
