I’ve been a TruGreen customer for approximately 5 years. I had Ryan Woody as a specialist today. He came up to my door and rang the bell to talk to me. This is the first time in what seems like years that a specialist did that (even though they all say they ring the bell to talk, my home cameras say otherwise). He was very polite and professional and even his uniform looked good (all things that have been lacking in the past). Not that past specialists have done a poor job, Ryan just seemed to go way above and beyond what previous guys did simply by just talking and being friendly with me. I had a plenty of questions considering he was the first in while to actually come talk to me. He, more than sufficiently, answered all my questions and had some really good advice for me and my lawn.
All in all, if I could request a specific specialist to service my lawn every time, I would absolutely request Ryan. I think more specialists need to take a page out of his book.
