Tajae is professional, explained the service he was performing today and answered the questions I had. He is also respectful of the property and ensures gate is closed when he finishes.
You always call before coming out. You are always on a timely manner. You always knock on the door when arriving to let us know you are here. You send out prepaid invoices to pay for the whole year and we aren't billed constantly, it is taken care of once at the beginning of the year , plus it comes with a discount for prepaying.

Quayatta johnson was my lawn specialist that came to my house I believe she’s at a branch 5263 she was amazing she is an asset to the company she called ahead she was kind and courteous I gave her a beverage cause it was quite hot that day she gave me a very knowledgeable information about my lawn and where I stand and she also told me I have the best lawn on the block which I told her I know lol I recommend Trugreen to all my friends all interactions between Customer and a employee should always be like quayatta johnson the best
