Jeffrey has been servicing me the past few treatments. I believe he is doing a good job.
Very reliable and professional service covering both lawn, weed control and trees/shrubs. We Like having all the services from one company. Our lawn is healthier and the turf is thicker than ever and the shrubs are flowering and the insects are controlled quickly. The agents always let you know when treatments are done and provide detailed reports and recommendations.

it is a shame most of the time i am not here when your tech comes so i can show him my problem weed areas.
I still see weeds after two weeks after a treatment and they are not yellow. but overall the treatments seem to work. we are in the dry season and i only water once a week so we need rain to see the real benefit of the fertilizer etc. I also find the technicians not too friendly when i have been here when they come. if i am here, i like to show him the problem weed area, but the last two times i was here and they were here, they were unapproachable

I had my lawn treated today by Kery Marc. I found him to be detailed oriented and explained each step that was being preformed today for protection and care of my lawn.
If possible, I would like to have Kery Marc be sent to my home for all future lawn care visits. I understand the service techs are not always available on days I am due for lawn care. but, whenever possible, please schedule Kery to my home. I think it is important for homeowners to feel comfortable with their service techs to build a working relationship.

The company team always lets me know the day that they are coming. The job is done in a professional manner and thorough sprays.
My only complaint would be that the technicians are not always the same and team consistent with explaining or at least leaving information on paper or verbally as to what weeds they are working on to clear the lawn of. That way I, the customer am in communication and can visually see which weeds are being exterminated and eliminated. I requested that from the acct representative via phone.
Overall I have seen an improvement in the presence of weed germination in my front lawn. I am pleased with True Greens guarantee that they will continue to spray at no charge until the customer is satisfied and the lawn looks as pristine and pure as a golf course. Thank you for that guarantee. Great job to the team.

I seldom get to talk to the tech coming to service my lawn and I liked Keri. He explained why my lawn was such a mess in a nice way so that I will be more patient. He said the key was patience and he seemed to know what he was talking about. He seemed very professional.
You are blessed to have him I think.
But I cant give true green a 10 until the big dead patches in my front yard are fixed!
