I need to pay the bill that I have before you do anymore lawn work for me, so don't do anymore work until I pay all that I old you.

I’ve always been happy with any of the Specialist that comes to spray my yard but the one that came on 10/7 I think he was in my yard for about 5-7 minutes. I mean I know it doesn’t take 20 minutes but a little longer than he was here. I couldn’t find the service receipt for it’s usually on my front door handle but I found it the next day on the ground by the mailbox and no sign in the yard saying it was sprayed for people walking their dogs.

I want to personally commend my assigned Technician, Kevin Ashman, Branch 5258, for being very detailed in his treatment of my lawn, including watching where he sprays insecticide since I have several bird feeders in my back lawn. He is one of the best technicians I have had from your company. He deserves a rating of "10"

Long time customer. Service Techs seem to change a lot, sometimes monthly and the service summary, most of the time, seems to be generic except for products applied. For the most part, all of the techs have been very polite and seem to be hard working.

Today, I had a re application completed due to equipment failure during the normal appointment. I prefer grannuals and the spreader broke during application.

The tech today, Stephen Casey, was very helpful as I explained to him I had a concern about a weed issue that appeared to be crabgrass to me. He said that it was Doveweed and said that he could treat it, but that it would have to be sprayed rather than using the spreader because the chemicals used in the spray would treat the problem. I agreed for him to spray the lawn this time. I also asked him to treat any problems he noticed.

When he was done he gave me detailed written information about the problems/issues he noticed and was able to treat with recommendations as to how to keep an eye on them.

I appreciated him writing up the detailed information rather than giving me the normal generic feedback. Nothing against the other tech, but in the future I would like to request that Steven service my yard, if at all possible. He seems like a very knowledgeable tech and has been employed there for a number of years. I prefer that.

The regular continuing service is dependable and eliminates my worry of how to "take care" of all the lawn issues.

I like the way you schedule the appointment and I don’t need to be at home. all services were done as scheduled and I am very Satisfied and the lawn is very happy that I’m not the caretaker anymore. l ordered lawn, insect, and mosquito defense which is working great. Being retired, I really like kicking back, having a drink , and watching TruGreen doing my work. THANK YOU VERY MUCH for my new retirement.

We've been using your service for almost a year now and our lawns and ornamentals look better than they have in the past five years. Weeds are diminishing and grass is growing thick and green. Shrubs and ornamentals are thick and beautiful. We actually see your people out here working, which is a big change from the past. The bottom line though is results, and results thus far are great. Also, our account rep frequently touches base and has ideas about improving the appearance of our property even more without being too pushy. We like that. I think they come out here, and for the most part, treat our property like it was their own.

They let us know when they will have members working on the yard and they are very punctual. Do their treatments, close the gates and leave information on what was treated and how.
