From the very first visit (which was my second treatment with your company), he has been great to listen to my concerns, explain what he can do to address them and has ALWAYS been clear in helping me manage my expectations.
I called TruGreen because, despite caring for my lawn on my own since I bought the home (five years ago in May), I was inundated with dollar weed starting in Dec. 2020. No matter what I did to try to eradicate it, it was no use. I researched the different chemicals required to get to it at the roots, but was concerned about handling those types of substances on my own. I also had some dry spots and some sedge between my home and my neighbor's property.
Through David's careful and clear explanation PLUS his strategic approach to my lawn, the dollar weed is nearly gone, the brown spots (which showed up after another technician was here) and the sedge are either completely eliminated or quickly diminishing. I have photos that I'd love to share with you, if you're interested. The improvement is remarkable! I attribute this success to David Garcia.
I recognize that he has a different section of town but I don't care how long I have to wait to have David at my home. I can tell that he takes great pride in his work and that he truly wants the best for the customer. If not for him, I would have ended the services.

Regular visits and addressing the reported issues is what I like and thank Trugreen. However, weeds abatement needs improvement. Weeds are growing back again and again. Weeds needs to be destroyed
and killed permanently for good.
David Garcia did a great job on my Lawn Service on 4/9/2021! I was outside and he took the initiative to speak to me about some concerns he had. I was very grateful because sometimes I've questioned the quality of the service while I've had ongoing problems. David was very thorough. If it's possible, can he be the Specialist every time?
