The feedback about my lawn.

I love the correspondence I get from the Pembroke Pines Florida group.. I know when they are coming, when they get there and when they leave.. I also receive a copy of the application provided each time.

I also had TruGreen in Michigan for the past 6 years but they have terrible service and it seems i have to fight with them yearly to get the quality and quantity of service that is agreed to.. I am cancelling the Michigan service to use a company that all my neighbors use because they are a lot better.

I like the friendlyness of the service personnel. I just wish the service could be given on Saturday so I could be home to give them access to the backyard.

I keep my backyard gate secured because I have a pool and would prefer the lawn service would be done on Saturdays.

However, everything else is good!!

I like the way the service is provided by the employees that come out. However, I wished the company was a little more flexible to the service hours (weekend service) to facilitate someone being home to open the gate in the back yard. The gate cannot be left opened for the service person so someone needs to be home to let them in and this is only possible on Saturdays as we all work during the week.

The service technician, Alfredo, rang my doorbell and introduced himself and let me know he was about to start. He told me what he recommended after he finished. He was very friendly and professional. He explained what I needed to do to get better results. I have had this service for a long time now. He was exceptional. My only other service is Mosquito control.

I like that we get advance notice of service date so we can be sure to be home. I like that the technician knocks on the front door to let us know he has arrived so we can open the fence to our back yard. I like that we can opt for quarterly service. The fee is reasonable. The tech is always pleasant, friendly, professional and courteous.

I have seen improvement on my lawn and slightly less improvement to my strub.
I think the latter takes more time to show improvement.
