I want to thank your service technician that did bug control on Friday. First, he always does a great job. In addition to doing a great job, he let me know that one of my bedroom windows was up about an inch and not locked. I have an alarm system. This particular window should have been down. I'm sure I just did not lower and lock completely. However, due to Renard Hamilton letting me know that the window was not fully closed, I was able to find out that I had a bad contact on the window and Mitec is coming out to repair. Thanks again for sending such good people out.
I hope Hamilton is rewarded in some way by TruGreen!

THIS REPRESENTATIVE WHO CALLED ME - REALLY TOOK TIME, SHE LISTENED, SHE CARED - AND GAVE ME TIME TO EXPAIN WHAT I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH. SHE IS SENIDNG OUT A NEW TECH- WE BOTH HOPE THIS WILL SOLVE THE WEED PROBLEM.
David Iversen performed my regular lawn service, and he did the work professionally. My only concern is that in yesterday's treatment, the Customer Service Information shows that only fertilizer and weed control were applied to my lawn. I just want to confirm that the Blackout Mix contains substance(s) to control/kill sod webworms. I noted in my service of July 12, 2021 that the Talstar Professional was applied to target sod webworms. In my opinion the format of the Service Summaries that were left at my house on 6/10/2021 and 7/12/2021 are superior to the Customer Service Information that was left yesterday. The Service Summaries are easier to read and seem to me to contain more information. Earlier in this month I did notice few small moths flying around my lawn, and I believe the FEW small bare spots in my lawn were caused by sod webworms. I realize it's a constant battle, and I would like to stay on the winning side. Thank you.
