Our current service provider, Renardo Hamilton, is such an asset for your company. He goes out of his way every time he visits to go above and beyond. Not only has he helped bring my yard back to life, he consistently gives good advice about the yard. Very personal, profession and hard working.
I've even noticed he always goes out of his way to do little things around the yard. Last time he brought up the trash can from the road, this time he brought a newspaper to the front door from the driveway. These things are obviously not part of his job but he just does them without thinking or hesitating. You just don't find servicemen like this too often anymore. To be honest I have thought about canceling my service at times in the past when financial issues arose in my house, I kept the service because this gentleman deserves his clients.

Luis Diaz (Branch 5766) truly cares about my lawn.! He was wondering why a patch of grass was dying and tried everything to help it return and grow. I heard from a neighbor that a man was focused on this patch of dying grass. I was so thankful to meet Luis face to face and learn that it was him trying to make my yard beautiful. When I met Luis, he inquiried how I was able to get this patch to fill in again so quickly, I mentioned there was a defective sprinkler head that I fixed and that was the issue. The fact that Luis cared about my grass / yard.... well, words cannot express my GRATITUDE.... THANKS, LUIS DIAZ....YOU'RE AWESOME...AND A WONDERFUL ASSET TO TRUGREEN!!!
