The staff are very friendly. That the groups are small. The post cards sent to the kids saying they are doing a great job. My son loves getting those and it helps withe his confindence.

Flexibility in the schedule.
My child stated,"You can learn a lot there." Very good experience for my son. He does not fight me to go. He is always happy and prompt about getting to class in time.
My daughter picked up her speed n comprehension with the ARS class. We signed her up with the ACT prep class to follow that class. She took mock test before amd after class, huge result. Have not gotten score dif back as of today, but first time she did not complete test. Now with confidence and reading improvement, she was able to finish, usually with time to spare and felt great about test ability. Can't wait to see improvement and again after the prep classes. Thanks!
Sylvan takes the time to explain to kids what they don't understand and why. They also pick up for when a teacher just isn't doing their job. I really appreciate what sylvan did for my child.
