I like that it's small groups, almost 1 on 1. Every Wednesday my son comes out with a big smile on his face, I am excited to see the end result :)
The teacher/student ratio is ideal to allow the child to have the support needed to learn. The use of electronics has also been very positive for my sone as he prefers this method of learning.
Very prompt service - my initial phone call was returned that same day. We are also very impressed with the high level of teaching provided...it is important to us that the tutors are certified teachers. Already our daughter is feeling more confident.
If the students level is low they bounce it up. They help the student every way they can.

Friendly, helpful, informative and small classes
The number one difference I've seen is an dramatic increase in my daughters confidence related to math, she no longer cries and argues when it's time to sit down and do her homework, she does it willingly without complaint. In addition, she just got her first report card of the year and her marks in math are now meeting grade level.
