Its very entertaining and fun, the class is really hard, yet it goes by really fast. The workout is really complete, my whole body is aching in a good way.

It's not just an arm or leg workout, it's the whole body for the entire session!

What do you like about our workout?

Fun atmosphere where you can compete with yourself and also others. Tabata style rounds with varied intensities are great for burning calories and increasing your own physical endurance. The set up of the class keeps it interesting: warm up, 8 rounds, then core work. Instructors are running all over the place and encourage you to give it your all without compromising form. I might be hooked!

What do you like about our workout?

Rod is incredible. Keeps the energy of the class going while also findings ways to motivate you individually.

The combos were excellent, and I left the class dripping in sweat and feeling amazing and strong. Highly recommend!

What do you like about our workout?

It's a full body workout, non stop for the duration of the class. The classes make me sweat and push myself and I can definitely feel it the next day. Boxing has also been great for stress relief.

What do you like about our workout?

That was an awesome workout and it was really fun to just punch the crap out of the bag! I would only recommend a more structured warm up maybe 5 minutes before class, offering alternative posses for the extended ab - hold workouts (for people with muscle issues - i.e. lower back issues) and a little more stretching at the end!

I tried the free introductory class and I'm hooked! It was a great workout and I'm already looking forward to going back again. The staff was great and gave my friend and I a tour. Definitely recommend going here if your looking for a challenging workout

I don't even know where to begin.

This was one of the most incredible workouts I've ever had! Before today, I had literally never touched a punching bag and I was pretty nervous about giving this a shot. However, Aaron was a TERRIFIC instructor and was great at showing everyone what to do without being intimidating.

He came over several times and showed me how to correct my stance and punches and never made me feel stupid or weak even though he could obviously tell I was running out of stamina.

I couldn't believe it when he said there was only 2 minutes left in class; fastest hour of my life!

I will be working Title Boxing into my regular fitness regime!
