What do you like about our workout?

it was a complete body workout that was broken up into sections. I was able to work muscles I haven't been able to with weight lifting and cardio. It was also a wonderful cardio workout.

Very good workout, fun and effective. Nice location and amenities.
Price point is too high for people who are looking for 1-2 sessions per week.
(280 usd a month for boxing/kickboxing only).

What do you like about our workout?

It's both challenging & fun. The high energy environment makes the hour fly by! I'm getting a complet workout, both cardio & strength. I can feel that I've gotten stronger & increased my endurance. The instructors are motivating & super fun.

What do you like about our workout?

It was very challenging, even for being in shape from other types of exercise, this class is tough! I loved the boxing portion of the class. The core work at the end was almost too challenging and didn't have great modifiers for people who couldn't do the more difficult moves.

What do you like about our workout?

Great instructor with lots of attention.
Even though I could not keep up, I felt encouraged and supportive. The front d so staff were awesome. I loved this place and will definitely be back!

Its very entertaining and fun, the class is really hard, yet it goes by really fast. The workout is really complete, my whole body is aching in a good way.

It's not just an arm or leg workout, it's the whole body for the entire session!

What do you like about our workout?

Fun atmosphere where you can compete with yourself and also others. Tabata style rounds with varied intensities are great for burning calories and increasing your own physical endurance. The set up of the class keeps it interesting: warm up, 8 rounds, then core work. Instructors are running all over the place and encourage you to give it your all without compromising form. I might be hooked!

What do you like about our workout?

Rod is incredible. Keeps the energy of the class going while also findings ways to motivate you individually.

The combos were excellent, and I left the class dripping in sweat and feeling amazing and strong. Highly recommend!

What do you like about our workout?

It's a full body workout, non stop for the duration of the class. The classes make me sweat and push myself and I can definitely feel it the next day. Boxing has also been great for stress relief.
