What do you like about our workout?

The mix of aerobic exercises with standard boxing techniques and core workouts. Also, brutha was hype, so that definitely helps to motivate.

What do you like about our workout?

It was intense and different than a lot of what I had done before. The only thing I didn't like was the abs part - no one in the class was able to do the moves correctly and I think that hindered the abs workout impact.

What do you like about our workout?

I loved the energy of the workout and the instrutor was great. He was motivating and helfpul in demonstrating proper form. I never felt intimitade by the workout at all.
