I'm sore all over! It was such a great workout and I feel it all over my body in a great way! Very cathartic and fun. Janet taught me the fundamentals which was great and I was able to apply them through the class. Thanks!

What do you like about our workout?

I like it better than any other class I've ever taken! The trainers shake things up so that I never know what to expect and I don't get stuck in loop. It's fun and let's me get out of my head for an hour a day!

I like how organized and focused the workouts are and how the last part of it you focus on your core. The fact that every time I leave with a sweaty shirt shows just how much you are working.

It's difficult and I feel like I really went through a total body workout afterward. The trainers are very motivational and friendly.

What do you like about our workout?

I like the soreness I feel after the Boxing75 class. The combination of technique and cardio. The instructors are solid. The variety of classes are good.

What do you like about our workout?

It was intense but had fun the whole time so it flew by! Love that it is something different besides your traditional work out, running, etc. Also doesn't hurt learning a little bit of self defense as a girl too!

Everything. I love how I was able to work at my own pace. The trainer's made me feel real comfortable. They were very friendly. I can't wait to return this week.
