What do you like about our workout?

I really liked how the trainer walked around to make sure everyone got the combo, especially since it was my first time and it was hard to keep the terms correct in my head! I also enjoyed how everyone went at the pace that they felt they were able to do, but still pushed.

What do you like about our workout?

The workouts are hard but it was exactly what I was looking for. The trainers that I have had so far, Alex and Zach, really know their stuff and put you to work. I like the intensity of it as well. I like the structure of the workouts where there is warm up, 8 rounds, then abs and cool down. This is what I have been looking for to keep me motivated and interested in my workouts. Thanks!!

What do you like about our workout?

The entire staff and the instructors (Ryan!) are SO accommodating and helpful and friendly - they took a first time experience that I thought was going to be intimidating, and made it so approachable, fun, and challenging. Will 100% be coming back.

What do you like about our workout?

I loved how fun it was. I was very nervous since it was my first time. They made me feel very comfortable, and checked in on me a lot. I felt so strong leaving. I can't wait to do this again.

What do you like about our workout?

The workout itself is hard and gets you moving, but overall it is very easy as the workout is already pre-determined and you can simply walk in and get started

What do you like about our workout?

I like how the instructors go around to everyone and kindly assist with dieting the moves. They are all very motivational and upbeat. The rounds are timed right and the structure of the class is great to help encourage return visits. So far I've had classes with Jenn, Emily, and Kosai, who are all great. I also wanted to mention that Joe (who I plan on taking a class with) is just so wonderful and positive. Part of the reason I signed up was because of his great attitude and kindness. Janice & Shane are also very helpful.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the energy the instructors have and how they demonstrate moves throughout the workout. I love how the hour long classes are broken into 3 segments; warm up, boxing/kickboxing, and core. You get strength and cardio combined and the hour long workout doesn't feel like an hour. It goes by so fast! Love it!

TITLE is the best workout there is!! All the trainers are super encouraging and make sure you get an amazing workout and the everyone at the staff makes the whole experience enjoyable :)

What do you like about our workout?

I loved the professionalism from the second I walked in. The class flowed smoothly. Kenny the Instructor was so informational, inspiring and professional. The facility is clean. I felt great going in and coming out of Title Kickboxing! The only thing I can say is that I wish it was more affordable. Other then that I love it!
