What do you like about our workout?

The instructors have great energy and enthusiasm, offering encouragement and challenging you to push yourself. The workout is engaging and fun. The combinations require focus and make you forget everything else. Awesome stress relief.

What do you like about our workout?

First and foremost are the great people that train and instruct us that come there for the purpose of moving forward in our lives in a great physical way. The training session was very upbeat and fast moving, a kinda "get your sweat on" hour with a very energetic crowd.
I look forward to my next time at TITLE.

What do you like about our workout?

It was fun and burned tons of calories. Intense and went by fast even though it was so challenging. I loved the instructor's style.

I love the degree of instruction and motivation you get from the instructors with each workout.

They are all professional, friendly, have a lot of knowledge because of their background and experience and give everyone in the class individual attention.

The classes are geared for all levels of ability. There is some degree of team building and group motivation incorporated into each workout which adds a fun, social component to the class.

What do you like about our workout?

I liked that the workout was fast paced and intense to push my boundaries while keeping it fun and interesting. I left craving another class so I'm sure ill be back soon!

I love how it's a fun full body workout. It doesn't feel like a chore I have to do because it is something I love doing and the trainers keep it an energetic and positive environment

What do you like about our workout?

It is adictive. I come with two young kids and they love it as well. It is a great workout and staff is amazing. They are always there to motivate you when needed and willing to explain any questions we might have. I would recommend this to everybody. We have a membership to a YMCA and gym however this is the only place that we now attend on regular bases. Love it!!!

I like the pace and how the trainers make sure to have some direct interaction with each person there!
