What do you like about our workout?

Trainers and front desk area employees were very friendly and inviting. I am signing up for a family membership. Especially, after my teenage daughter went for a trial class and felt welcomed and really enjoyed the experience.

What do you like about our workout?

Really get a great workout in! Challenges you in many different ways to push you to the best you can be! The instructors are wonderful and really care about your session with them. Highly recommend!

Full body workout, amazing staff that is super friendly and supportive and 60 minutes feels like it flies by!

I liked how energizing the teacher was and how you really could go at your own pace. I went with my teenage daughter and we both were challenged and got a terrific workout.

Loved the first class. The instructor was great and gave me feedback on form as well as pushed me. The staff is friendly and warm. I'll definitely be back!

What do you like about our workout?

Super fun and a lot of hard work, but you can set your own pace. The instructors are there to help and encourage you to be better and improve, but not push too hard. Its amazing

What do you like about our workout?

I enjoy the interval aspect of the workout as well as the intensity level. I think the 15 minute warm up is perfect to get the heart rate up and get the body ready to box for the 8 intervals. The 15 minutes of abs is also pretty killer.

What do you like about our workout?

It is extremely productive and the teachers take time to correct and help you. I felt that I got a lot out of the work out and built a confidence about myself. It made me feel really good and has helped my core strength for a dance.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the energy of the class and even though it was fast paced I could go at my own speed. The instructor was intense, very attentive and sweet. It was my first class and even though she didn't let me slack lol, she made sure to check on me and make sure I was doing okay. She corrected my posture and any movements that needed improvement. I will definitely be returning.
