What do you like about our workout?

Challenging, fun and team was energetic and kept me motivated. Great workout!

Any plans for 30 min boxing classes? Working mom...limited time to spare and because of that committing to a membership is impossible for me. I would be more likely to take classes if the drop in rate was affordable (I can't see spending over $16/ class based on what else is out there for workout options in the area).

What do you like about our workout?

It's an intense workout for one full hour that builds your stamina and promotes an excellent cardio workout. It forces you to stay involved by following the instructor and keeping the pace, as opposed to working out by yourself and not being motivated. You're also not just working out, but learning a sport.

What do you like about our workout?

I don't even know where to begin.

This was one of the most incredible workouts I've ever had! Before today, I had literally never touched a punching bag and I was pretty nervous about giving this a shot. However, Aaron was a TERRIFIC instructor and was great at showing everyone what to do without being intimidating.

He came over several times and showed me how to correct my stance and punches and never made me feel stupid or weak even though he could obviously tell I was running out of stamina.

I couldn't believe it when he said there was only 2 minutes left in class; fastest hour of my life!

I will be working Title Boxing into my regular fitness regime!

I had a great experience during my first class. All the instructors were very nice and super helpful/encouraging.

What do you like about our workout?

The class was really well structured it flew by. High intensity workout that got you doing a lot of different movements. The core work was great and I defiantly felt it for day s afterwards. Great change of pace from the typical gym workout. Can't wait to go back!

I had a blast at Title. The workout was really challenging and fun. The club did a great job with getting me set up and making me feel welcome!

I enjoyed the class instructor, the mixed group of people in class and there was a great balance of being pushed whilst encouraged to modify and go at our own pace

What do you like about our workout?

Great workout! The instructor took time before hand to show me the punches and moves that she'd be calling out, which helped me jump in. Very clean facility and the class wasn't overcrowded, making it easy to get a good view of the instructor while we worked out.
