What do you like about our workout?

It's a cardio workout without the grind of a boring treadmill. The music and instructors are fun and the workout keeps my mind and body engaged. I like using all my muscle groups together and learning a new skill. Plus, the instructors are helpful without being overbearing and I can work out with my friends!

What do you like about our workout?

I liked the combination of boxing with other exercises like burpees, squat jumps, etc. I loved getting a good cardio workout without running on a treadmill. And the 15 minutes of core at the end was great!

What do you like about our workout?

The work out was both fun and tough. I was surprised by the comfortable/laid back atmosphere. I really appreciated the friendly attitudes and help provided by the front desk. Going to a place like a boxing club can be intimidating, but the guys helping with wrap and providing gloves could not have been nicer. It set the tone for an intense, challenging, but fun work out where you don't have to take yourself too seriously!

Teacher was great and the workout was tough. Great workout!
