What do you like about our workout?

Very good all around workout and I can go at my own pace. I do NOT however like partnering up. As I said I prefer to do my own workout.

What do you like about our workout?

It was my first time boxing ever and I absolutely loved it. It was the best 60 mins that I've had in a long time. It was a lot of hard work and sweat but I felt great afterwards and I will be back .

What do you like about our workout?

It's a way to get a killer full-body cardio workout while keeping my mind occupied. Like many, my lifetime trouble with cardio is boredom! This is also a healthy way to release some steam & I'm much more relaxed afterward.

What do you like about our workout?

I used to be a wrestler. This is the first workout I've found that has the same intensity. I love how the classes force you to push yourself as hard as you can go.

What do you like about our workout?

Ok, I was skeptical. I thought,"Boxing,no way! You need to be in Great shape to do it." Then my boot camp closed. I needed a challenging exercise routine to keep my goals. I tried the kickboxing class- the 1st one's free-and loved it! What a work out! And the instructor was so nice. Showed me how to jab and cross. I signed up that night. I've been telling everyone I know to try it. It's worth it.

What do you like about our workout?

The staff is friendly and gives a great workout! They help to modify exercises if you can't do them - I have bad knees and cannot do some things but they give me alternatives. Very motivating.

What do you like about our workout?

As long as you are participating, you will have an effective workout. I particularly like receiving form tips, so I actually get the sense that I am learning how to box more proficiently with each visit.
