What do you like about our workout?

I've done cardio kickboxing classes and I've been dreaming to hit a heavy bag! I love the music, the energy from Katie, and how I can move at my own pace, yet feel like I want to and can keep up. This is awesome!

What do you like about our workout?

I was very satisfied with the two workouts that I completed during my visit in Chicago! The staff were extemely accommodating and friendly! Thank you for the great sweaty workouts!

Love Arthur's class! It's a real good workout that leaves me exhausted/sweaty, but wanting to come back for more!

Really fun, challenging, and I liked that the trainer mixed up the routines. I also liked the ab work at the end.

Loved a boxing format, clean gym -- my only wish -- you were in River North! it's too far to come regularly, but i loved it

What do you like about our workout?

It's thorough. It's inclusive of all fitness levels. The group atmosphere helps you to keep going. It's fun! And, the coaches are encouraging, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic.

What do you like about our workout?

The workout itself was so much fun and Julian was such an amazing instructor! He kept me super engaged and motivated, I felt like I was really working every muscle (and days after, my body definitely agrees), and even when I was tired, I wanted to keep moving - a sign of a great workout. I had taken boxing classes a few years ago so I already knew this but it just reconfirmed for me - boxing is the only "exercise" that I can say I ever truly loved (and I put exercise in quotes because while it is most definitely a super intense workout, it's so much fun, it barely feels like exercise in the traditional sense). I can't wait till my next class!

What do you like about our workout?

The workout was great (high intensity, easy to follow along, I didn't get bored) but the staff and trainer were so friendly and helpful that I'm planning on returning asap.
