Great staff and instructors so far! Workouts have been challenging and encouraging at the same time. I have also really enjoyed the atmosphere and vibe of the place.

What do you like about our workout?

With this being my first boxing class, it was helpful that the instructor gathered the beginners to go over the general moves and terms before class started. It was a good combination of boxing and cardio - I enjoyed it a lot!

Matt was great! It was my first boxing workout in years, and I will be sore for a while. I appreciate how kind the staff was to a newbie.

What do you like about our workout?

I was engaged the entire time and felt pushed through out the entire workout. I also felt like it was totally welcome to new students while still remaining challenging enough for every level.

I really love the intensity of the trainers, especially Mario. The training format is well balanced to function as a cardio workout and to develop boxing skills.

I really appreciate the trainers and how welcoming everybody is to beginners like me!! It’s always great to find a challenging yet beginner-friendly class when starting a new workout.

One of the hardest I’ve done in a long time! (I’m a personal trainer too) I was pushed but motivated. Something completely unique, intense, and most importantly I felt like a total rockstar to have made it through!

It was fun and a change of pace, something I would never do on my own. The workout kicked my butt and I loved it. Will definitely be back

I really like the form and intensity of the workout! I like that I can finish the workout at my own pace and still be able to burn calories :). Big Mike is a very encouraging instructor.

What do you like about our workout?

Challenging and fun! I definitely felt it the next day! Everyone there was very nice and extremely helpful.

Only negative are the gloves. Because of all the people that have ever used and sweat in them, once you take your hands out, they smell like feet. Yes, really disgusting. If you go, take your own gloves!
