What do you like about our workout?

The staff there is great! Also, the workout is seriously difficult and challenging, yet you can work at your own pace to some degree. They push you though and that's what you want.

What do you like about our workout?

It was fun and I enjoyed it very much. Nice staff and instructor. Very friendly, patient and helpful. Will probably purchase a few sessions in near future.

What do you like about our workout?

I enjoyed the mixed approach to the boxing format that integrated core workouts, cardio and boxing strategies. My instructor Evaristo was awesome in his delivery of instructions, well paced and provided individual guidance when needed.

I will recommend this organization to friends and family.

What do you like about our workout?

I've only taken two classes so far, but I loved the intensity and balance of the workout! Though, I'd love to have more boxing skills (like rolls) implemented into it! But I do love the atmosphere!

I liked that everyone at title was encouraging and the instructor took the time to show the new people how to do the different types of moves.

What do you like about our workout?

I really enjoyed JR's class. It was a great total body workout. He helped with technique and walked around giving everyone one-on-one feedback. The facilities are great and everyone gets their own pucnhing bag! Everyone was very friendly and helpful

What do you like about our workout?

Fast paced, great intensity. It really kicked my butt. Coming back again.

What do you like about our workout?

I LOVED it! This was my first time boxing and the instructor was great. Before the class, she took me to the mirror and showed me how to punch. LOL Little stuff definitely goes a long way, I thought I could fight the world after that. The class was most definitely intense but it was an amazing workout!!

Alexandra's workout was an excellent blend of cardio and strength. I've been struggling to find a program that so well caters to both those areas.

What do you like about our workout?

It's a high intensity and full body workout. I can compete with people next to me or I can compete with myself. Feedback is always positive & constructive. I always leave feeling challenged.

What do you like about our workout?

Everybody at the gym was really friendly and helpful, since it was my first time. The class was smartly designed to get a great workout, but without focusing on anything for too long-- the pacing was great and the time flew by!
