What do you like about our workout?

I loved how Keith explained what we were doing, how to do it and what it was working. I like how it was a variety of workouts. I liked how we are going to have a plan and how we were the complete focus for our hour. Felt really personal and like our goals were important!

It's really awesome and it really encourage you to make it better in every class. It's so fun and all the trainers are very good. It's the best workout I've ever done.

The energy & that it's all about boxing. I have done many different classes in many different gyms & they often spend too much time on other things. I wanna punch! And your class lets me punch!
