What do you like about our workout?

Certain trainers will get me pumped up and motivated. i love the 15 min of cardio and 15 min of abs before and after and the high intensity boxing round and the low intensity active rest. i'm always worn out and sweating at the end so i know that day i got a really good workout and am doing what's best for my body.

What do you like about our workout?

Title Boxing is a killer workout! The trainers are incredible motivators and make the power hour fly by. Best part of my day, for sure.

I love how motivated the instructors are during class. They push you to your limit. I tell everyone to try out Title Boxing. It's a challenging workout.

What do you like about our workout?

I really like the 60 minute format for a complete full body workout. Instructors are great. I come to several classes a week and it never gets old, all of the classes seem to be unique. Parking is a pain, but once you figure out where to go etc. it is fine.

What do you like about our workout?

It's a great overall body workout. The trainers are so encouraging and helpful with form and technique for not only the boxing rounds but also for core. It's also a judgement free environment, which I think is very hard to come by for gyms. Joining TITLE was one of the best decisions I made to help me kickstart a healthier lifestyle!

What do you like about our workout?

It's an intense workout that keeps heart rate up. Great core work at the end of class. Instructors are awesome and have a lot of energy. Instructors go around the room to ensure everyone has the moves down and proper form etc. I leave every time with with a sense of accomplishment.

What do you like about our workout?

Personally, it is the energy of the Instructors that just pushes you through the workout. As a 54 year old, the acceptance and encouragement of those in the class is a real help as well. It is a class act of management, instruction, and those taking the classes. It is the toughest workout I have had in a while, and you just don't want to miss.
