What do you like about our workout?

It's an hour of HIIT cardio and you're motivated the whole time by your instructor and the rest of the class. It's a full body workout so it's great for any purposes.

What do you like about our workout?

I like the 3 minute intense rounds that really help build upper body strength and toning.

I like that it's 3 minutes and then one minute break. I love that we have 15 minutes of abs. I think the warmup is too long and I think it should be 6 or 8 minutes shorter - and instead add a couple more rounds to boxing.

Some more drill work or partner work every now and then might be fun ....

The workout is hard, but it is so fun!! The instructors are energetic and encouraging.

What do you like about our workout?

The class setting. The accountability. The motivation from instructors. I've only taken 3 classes so far, I'm new. But by the second and third class the staff noticed I was back and was very encouraging. Positive environment. High energy.

I LOVE the warm-up! The boxing rounds are so amazing and get me pumped up! Such a great workout!

What do you like about our workout?

Right when you think you can't keep going, you get pushed and encouraged to not give up. The trainers want to help you reach your goals and it's a very friendly and fun environment!

What do you like about our workout?

I love how friendly the atmosphere is. The workout times are great although I do wish there were some later Sunday classes... but I also wouldn't want to work later on a Sunday so I understand why title employees don't either! I like that employees other than the trainers walk around during class to motivate us and do mitt work. It really does push the workout to another level. The points program is an awesome incentive to want to go every day and build up to those free PT sessions. Diego is awesome for taking pictures and being so quick to send them out if we want them and he rocks for joining class often as well! I love most of the trainers and the ones I don't love just have a different routine, and that's okay because there are options!

What do you like about our workout?

Title provides one of the most challenging workouts I've ever encountered. As your experience increases, the challenge of the workout grows with you. The trainers at my club are ALWAYS encouraging and helpful. I believe they truly want to see their members reach whatever personal goals they have set for themselves.

What do you like about our workout?

It's a full body workout!! It is very fun and upbeat. It's a great workout weather you are in a chipper mood or a little aggressive which is really awesome!!
