I like almost everything.

Except music is bad. It at times borders on inappropriate and at other times it is just boring - all one genre of music. There should be less repetitive music and from diff genres.

What do you like about our workout?

A non-stop, intense workout that forces you to use your mind and your body. Excellent for all experience levels and Mike does an outstanding job of making you feel confident and providing real time feedback.

I was visiting my daughter in NYC, and got the chance to drop in an take a class. All the staff was very friendly, and the instructor gave a great workout!

What do you like about our workout?

Great change of pace workout compared to just lifting weights. My stamina has greatly increased. Hitting the bag is a great tension release. Also they end the session with a excellent core ending workout.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Frank and Jeanine are very welcoming and informative. The class itself was challenging but a lot of fun. I'm excited to take more classes!

It's a good full body workout and includes cardio. Good for strength and toning also.
