What do you like about our workout?

The workout was intense. It in corporated a warm up and a core workout which I liked. The instructor/trainer was very skilled and very attentive to those in class. Overall a great facility, great staff, and a wonderful workout

Great instructor and very high intensity class! Will do it again just need to wrap my hands better next time, as a beginner!

Workout great!!!...Ryan was such a good instructor, he kicked our butts and made us sweat AND was totally nice! Making it back when I am back in the area!

I loved how Raul helped me and kept coming over to check up on me as he learned that I was a beginner. He was very attentive and the class was very straight forward. It was definitely a hard workout and I am so sore. I am definitely returning!

What do you like about our workout?

It was a great class, hard and pushed me, but didn't make me feel like I didn't belong. The Trainer was motivating and did well taking his time to explain the combinations.

Awesome workout! Intense but fun! The hour goes by so quickly! The staff is motivating and helpful at the same time. I can't wait for my next class!

Raul was a great instructor and kept the pace up the entire time. Best workout of the year.

What do you like about our workout?

Instructor gave clear instructions, useful individual tips, and pushed class to work hard while be encouraging and maintaining a sense of humor. I'm new to boxing and have been to two other boxing gyms in the city- I really liked his style of teaching.

What do you like about our workout?

Learning a life skill of how to box, learning
different punching combos, and getting a great workout.

Plus the energy and intensity of Michael was great. He made it a pt to go around to each individual during the workout to give them tht extra motivation to keep going.
