Had a great workout. Team was incredibly friendly and encouraging. Facilities were really nice and clean with lots of space. Would highly recommend.

What do you like about our workout?

I love that this workout is challenging and pushes me, but still allows me to go at my own pace and work at my own level. Great and fun way to get a sweat!

What do you like about our workout?

I loved how the whole workout was tough and challenging and how exercises were different one from the other and how quick they were. I usually get pretty bored when exercising because the series are so long and repetitive (it's kinda like "thiiiiiiiis? Agaaaaain? Ugh!). But with you guys time flew by and I actually felt that I exercised (with some other workouts I just felt like "meeeh whatever" at the end) and pushed my own limits.

I also liked how Michael quickly saw me not getting the grip of it and brought me to the center so he could help me better, which he did, with tons of patience since it took me forever (seriously, a ton of attempts) to actually get the hip movement right.

I just simply loved the whole experience and, even though I am pretty scared of how sore I am going to be this week; if I survive I will be coming back.

What do you like about our workout?

The instructor was fantastic... Had me sweating up a storm & I even learned some great boxing combo's..
I highly recommend this spot..
They'll definitely see me again..!!! 🙌

It was a great experience because I had never been boxing before. It was really comfortable because it felt like I wasn't forced to do anything that was out of my skill set, but I also wasn't being babied and told it was okay to not do things. I really felt like I was doing everything because I wanted to and not because I had to.
