What do you like about our workout?

Diversity of stretching, aerobic , anaerobic and boxing combined with enthusiastic knowledgeable trainers in a progress at your pace environment . 60 minutes flys by and you walk out drenched but feeling good and most important the next day your body is wiped out as you get from impact or weightlifting routines.

It's hard. I like the 10-15 minutes cardio warmup, then 30 minutes of bag work, and 10 minutes of killer abs by tony.

What do you like about our workout?

Being that this was my first boxing class it was really intense but in a good way. I like that it wasn't just the legs, arms, or core I was working out everything. I'm not big on the gym but this was a great way to relieve stress and find balance. I also enjoyed the music and energy from Tim. He didn't focus on one person he made sure everyone was goo with their balance, jabs, uppercuts, and hooks. He is a real beast though. Loved it.

Love the instructors and the space provided for each individual. I appreciate how the instructor also teaches you how to wrap your bands before the class starts, and motivates you as the class progresses.

The instructor was very encouraging throughout the workout. We switched up what we were doing so it never got boring and the class went very fast. It was a great workout with high energy.

I loved the class!

Great work out, and I had an amazing instructor.

I participated in the first class for $35.
At the end of the class I was motivated to sign up. However, the extremely high prices for the membership truly discourage me.

I would recommend for everyone to try the first class and fall in love, only to later have your heart broken by the high membership prices.

What do you like about our workout?

It was great, the hardest thing I've ever done but totally worth it. Willie was amazing!
