I selfishly love that I have my own bag and am challenged from start to finish. No time is wasted, staff is friendly, and Michael Tosto is an amazing teacher who takes the time to get to know his students and cater to their needs.

What do I like about this workout ? Answer: Everything! The best workout I've ever had. It's challenging, but fun. Michael and Greg are awesome instructors. Patient and motivating. I hurt my back a few months ago and finally got cleared to go back to boxing and I'm so excited to get back to this amazing workout

Michael is a fantastic instructor & so motivating! I would recommend this class to everyone I know!

Awesome full body workout! The trainer took time to make sure I was keeping up with the combos and using proper form, the active rest times kept my blood pumping, and the core/an work was the perfect ending!
