What do you like about our workout?

TITLE is a great workout! Your whole body gets a workout and the instructors keep you moving the entire class. The boxing is easy to follow and the instructors do a great job of rotating around the bags and providing feedback to all students. The mix of speed and strength boxing exercises is excellent. And not to mention the class is fun! It's the perfect workout for the end of the day!

Awesome work out- great instructor and an innovative way to burn 1k calories! Not your typical boxing gym- solid music, clean and overall a great experience.

What do you like about our workout?

Really good work out. Mike was an amazing instructor and took time to push each person individually... sometimes work outs were thought to follow because I didn't have a direct line of site to what was happening... but was great. Maybe would be helpful to get him a headset/mic so would be clear what should be the next move

What do you like about our workout?

I thought it was a great total body workout! I was having so much fun that time just flew right by. Also I'm very thankful to the staff member that wrapped my hands bc I have arthritis and I thought I may not be able to do some of the arm exercises, but he made it super tight so I was able to do everything!

What do you like about our workout?

Very intense and good sweat work out! Warm up was a killer! Great for upper body strength and abs.The people at the desk and instructor were great!

What do you like about our workout?

I really enjoyed the way the class is broken down, first quarter cardio, second half boxing combinations and last quarter was core workouts. It definitely was a challenge but very satisfying at the end and you feel great once you leave. The trainer, Raul (I think that's how you spell it) also helped with his constant "you got this" "let's get this work" "summertime fine" comments lol and walking around to make sure your form and combos were legit. It was my first class with TITLE and I loved it so much, I will be back.

It's tough and fun at the same time, an hour goes by really quickly and it's a great workout for the whole body!

What do you like about our workout?

The instructor (Michael) knew what he was doing and talking about. He went over to any individual he thought needed to be coached up a little more even if that meant going over to them numerous times. The gym was big enough. I liked how they split up cardio and actual boxing techniques.

It was challenging, a great workout and a huge confidence booster! I wonderful way to relieve stress while getting in shape.

What do you like about our workout?

Title boxing and the instructors are amazing. The workout is challenging yet fun and easy to follow. The combination of boxing with the heavy bag and body weight exercises is phenomenal with delivering a full body workout. I felt every muscle got worked and again I had fun doing it. I definitely recommend everyone check it out.

What do you like about our workout?

The workout was very challenging. The instructor was very motivating and encouraed everyone to work harder. I didn't know I could do as much as I did.
