The classes are so much fun! Even for someone like me who knew nothing about boxing before I started at Title, the trainer for your first class will show you everything you need to know! The trainers are all so nice and supportive and take the time to get to know you. Great gym to be a member of!

What do you like about our workout?

When I first walked in Sam greeted me and made me feel like I was exactly where I needed to be. The classes and instructors are incredible and I love that you can ask John or even any of the instructors for extra help or more detail on something and they are more than happy to go above and beyond to get you feeling confident and strong. I have always gone to the gym but never like this. My friends are getting sick of me talking about it.

What do you like about our workout?

I was encouraged to try my hardest but not made to feel like I was slacking when I couldn't do all the moves due to inexperience and fitness level.

It's so fun and energetic, the trainers make me push myself harder. Great alternative to a gym work out.

I liked how it is designed to always keep you moving. They also like to keep more than one muscle group moving. High energy in the room from everyone who was there for their workout.

I like that it's challenging, but you're free to choose your own pace. I always feel energized at the end of a workout, and I feel as though I've really accomplished something.

You can go at your own pace. That is great for beginners and people who haven't worked out in a while.
