What do you like about our workout?

It was definitely a hard work out but it was so good. I am still sore 2 days later but that just let's me know how good the workout was. It is a bit out of my price range for a membership but I will most definitely recommend it! ;-)

It kicked my butt!!! Amy was motivating and I didn't feel pressured to be as good as others my first time. I discovered muscles I didn't know I had, I felt the workout throughout my whole body.

What do you like about our workout?

I like that it is challenging and a good sweat. I also liked that I got to do some one-on-one sparring with one of the trainers. It was fun and also was helpful to get the personal attention on technique and such. Would like to see more of this during class.

What do you like about our workout?

Katie is hardcore. She runs a great class and I'm feeling the burn the day after. Total body workout for sure! The staff was also very friendly. Denzel was super helpful and made me feel very comfortable. I'll be back as soon as I recover from round one. :)

What do you like about our workout?

The workout was intense. I really liked the balance of hardcore hitting with technique. It was a perfect class size allowing Alex to spend time with everyone. He really pushed me and made sure I knew what I was doing but most Importantly showed me how to hit correctly the entire time. This truly is a full body workout, if you put in your all, the results will follow, you can't go wrong if you just GO! Alex is awesome!!!
Trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, and invest in bettering you. Great positive welcoming energy along with professional knowledge and equipment.

Huge selling point for me about this place is the family atmosphere. When I first stepped in the door of this place I was greater with a smile by the owner beaming with pride of how they care and welcome the whole family ... This is true. My 13 year old is fired up to continue boxing. It's harder to connect and find time, but truly there is nothing better than improving yourself and knowing your family is getting healthier and stronger too!

What do you like about our workout?

Loved the instructor, lay out and set up of the class as well as the intensity and the pace! Will definitely sign up for. Membership and be back soon!

Definitely kept the heart rate up, great overall full-body workout! Didn't feel "uncomfortable" as a "first timer!" Mary Beth is a beast! Can't wait to try another class!
