The employees were great! Allen was patient and kind, and Anthony was interactive and high tempo all throughout the class. I had so much fun that I was laughing the whole time and I still managed to get a killer session in.

What do you like about our workout?

It’s unlike anything else in group fitness and the class flies by because it’s fun. I don’t love working on my upper body so it’s a great way to get that in without thinking about it.

The format was great, easy to follow, especially with guidance if I got stuck with a combo. I was happily exhausted and look forward to overcoming the ‘fails’ I had.

It makes you use your whole body. John was my Trainor today and he is awesome . If you didn't get the combination right the first he would show you slower so you could and get a great workout.He is a great motivator. I will definitely be returning.

I had so much fun at this class! I love workouts that are all about your own body weight and having fun! I will definitely be back! Looking forward to buying a one month membership in January

Full body exercise with good pace throughout the hour. Staff was super welcoming and were great at getting us up to speed on our first class.

-hard but can be customized to every person/fitness level
-found boxing as a stress release
-only issues I've had is with the online portal/sign up. It frequently doesn't work for me.

Fun, high-energy workout. Don't need to have any experience in boxing to have a good time & get a great workout in. Veronika was great, very attentive and gave clear instruction without wasting any time.

What do you like about our workout?

I like the intensity of the workout. Abel was super help and made the class easy to understand so I knew what I was supposed to do for each circuit. Especially for some one who is left-handed that has to do everything backwards, I didn't have trouble following along!
