What do you like about our workout?

I've done cardio kickboxing classes and I've been dreaming to hit a heavy bag! I love the music, the energy from Katie, and how I can move at my own pace, yet feel like I want to and can keep up. This is awesome!

I was very satisfied with the two workouts that I completed during my visit in Chicago! The staff were extemely accommodating and friendly! Thank you for the great sweaty workouts!

Love Arthur's class! It's a real good workout that leaves me exhausted/sweaty, but wanting to come back for more!

The workout was intense and fun! Could be modified for any level of fitness. I plan on coming back with my ten year old boy!

Really fun, challenging, and I liked that the trainer mixed up the routines. I also liked the ab work at the end.

What do you like about our workout?

The men working were super helpful in explaining the process, telling us about the gym, and making sure we were comfortable because we were new to the gym and boxing in general. The workout was energetic and fun, and the trainer made it so everyone was able to work at their own pace. He made sure he was aware who was new in the class, and walked around during the workout to make sure we were comfortable with the moves of the workout. After the workout they explained the packages and encouraged us to come back, but didn't pressure us to sign up. Overall it was an amazing experience, and I can't wait to go back! I would recommend this gym to everyone!

What do you like about our workout?

It's a cardio workout without the grind of a boring treadmill. The music and instructors are fun and the workout keeps my mind and body engaged. I like using all my muscle groups together and learning a new skill. Plus, the instructors are helpful without being overbearing and I can work out with my friends!

I loved it. I loved the one on one feel as well as the direction I received from my coach. I mostly loved that it wasn't just a workout but also a self defense class.

The variety. I really enjoyed the warm up then the boxing and the core at the end. Very good! Jakhari was a great instructor as well.
