I'm older so I need to modify some of the workout l, but I walked out feeling like every muscle group was worked. I also walked feeling better than when I walked in. Will definitely be back.

As a first timer, it challenged me to push myself physically while teaching me the basic boxing skills and delivered a great experience.

I loved the fast pace and energetic atmosphere. I am still looking at coming in for my 2nd free class and purchasing a package so I can workout with a friend who is a member.
