What do you like about our workout?

The class was a tough but very enjoyable workout. The instructor was very encouraging to push yourself through. All staff that morning were more than helpful and welcoming. I really enjoyed my class this morning and am excited to come back.

What do you like about our workout?

I belong to a Title Gym in Cary, NC and stopped in with my sons to put in a little heavy bag work.
Im very comfortable knowing that I got the same high intensity workout in another location.

This is a great place to visiit!
We will be back!

What do you like about our workout?

All of the employees/trainers were extremely nice and helpful which made the workout more effective and enjoyable even while being challenging. The workout was a challenge in a good way and I can tell the time I had with Derek was well worth it and he really knew what he was doing.

What do you like about our workout?

It's engaging. It's not repetitive. It relieves a lot of tension, frustration, and aggravation. I've never smiled through a workout, but I did this one!

You are guaranteed to sweat! I also love the music. Just when I want to give up and stop - - the beat propels me forward. The instructors have all been great thus far.

Trainer was patient, environment was non-judgemental. I felt comfortable being new. I would have liked a little more focus on technique.

It was challenging and fast paced. It was not boring like some workouts, and it was fun to punch a bag instead of doing endless cardio.

What do you like about our workout?

I like that it was self-paced, so when I really needed to slow down/take a break, I could; however, I found myself wanting to slow down/take a break really infrequently. I haven't been pushed that hard since I was a DI athlete. And I enjoyed the boxing so much.
