What do you like about our workout?

I like that the boxing work outs are so intense! There are no real breaks, which really challenges me. It is much more challenging than a self-workout, as there are trained individuals telling me what to do.

It's intense, great instructors, I can go at my own pace but have motivation from the others around me. I feel great afterwards.

What do you like about our workout?

I LOVE the actual boxing part! After a long work day, this is a great way to decompress. Coaches walk around to make sure you have the right technique and encourage you to push through the pain (which is what I need !!).
