Full body exercise with good pace throughout the hour. Staff was super welcoming and were great at getting us up to speed on our first class.

Fun, high-energy workout. Don't need to have any experience in boxing to have a good time & get a great workout in. Veronika was great, very attentive and gave clear instruction without wasting any time.

Great workout! It was my first time boxing and I loved it. My body wasn't the happiest camper afterwards but it was the good kind of burn and I will definitely be going back!

What do you like about our workout?

I loved everything about the workout. It was a great 15 minute tough warm up through cardio based body weight exercises. The actual boxing was a great set up and a tough class. I loved the use of TVs that had the timer/ countdown on it. The teacher was awesome and walked around to help as some of the moves were confusing but they were always willing to help. Overall it was an AWESOME workout and I would recommend it to anyone!

What do you like about our workout?

I loved the fact that you can go at your own pace and the instructors are there to help you push a lil more. They were very helpful in learning all the jabs and punches and the class is so worth every sore muscle to my bones. Definitely will be coming again.
