What do you like about our workout?

Definitely kept the heart rate up, great overall full-body workout! Didn't feel "uncomfortable" as a "first timer!" Mary Beth is a beast! Can't wait to try another class!

What do you like about our workout?

I was surprised how it was a whole body workout. I love that afterwards I felt like I had done a upper body workout with weights, from punching! I really enjoyed it and plan to.come a couple Sunday's a month

What do you like about our workout?

I loved how friendly & helpful the staff was the entire time. RJ helped me throughout the class as well as the instructor. He was very helpful with information before & after the class as well. The energy of the class keeps you going through it, and makes it fun. I am excited to continue taking the classes!

What do you like about our workout?

My 9 year old daughter was the one who encouraged me to give TITLE Boxing club a try. My daughter attended class with me and she has asked me "when are we going back Dad? I will be signing up for a membership sometime next week. It was an intense class, but the positive thing is there gave me encouraging words!

Kieonna led my class, she did an excellent job. I like that she incorporated cardio through jumping jacks, burpees, mountain climbers ect with boxing....excellent total body workout

It's so dynamic! I get bored with traditional workouts and this is anything but traditional!

What do you like about our workout?

I love that you can go at your own pace! The instructors are super motivating and make you feel really good about the effort you're putting into the workout. I also like the way the class is broken up so it goes by quickly and give you chances to grab water/take a quick breather.

What do you like about our workout?

I've only been to three classes so far, but I feel great afterwards and look forward to going back right away. I do wish it was easier to know which trainer is teaching each lesson though because I learn a lot about form when RJ is teaching, which is important to me as a beginner. I already feel as if I'm seeing a small change in my body (one of my main goals is to get back down to a healthy weight) and I can't wait to keep going! Also - the dj night was fun!

What do you like about our workout?

This workout was so different than anything I had done before. It was intense but you're able to take it at your own pace. It was my first class and I liked that I was able to get some one on one assistance from one of the instructors. It made me feel comfortable learning something new.
