I like how it helps with self defense, makes you're technique better, and strengthens your whole body, but is really fun all at the same time.

What do you like about our workout?

Each workout is different and you are in control of how much you push yourself. The trainers are tough and make you better because of it. The format of warm up, 8-rounds and abs makes the hour go by quickly.

Great atmosphere, I really liked the intensity of the workout. Basically every muscle group felt equally sore th next day. Would definitely like to do it again.

First off, Title was a great workout! And I also think that it is a class that all skill and fitness levels can experience. I appreciate the staff making me feel comfortable about my first boxing class, and plan to return.

The workout was the best if you don't pace yourself it can turn out to be a long hour , I learned the hard way but willing to try again!! Thank you Wilkins fantastic job

My instructor (Bryan) was so nice & also helpful when correcting me- love the fast pace, and the extra core workout at the end.

How personal it seemed. They challenged me but wasn't uncomfortable and didn't feel insecure. Plus the staff was welcoming and friendly.

The instructor was great. Helped me to feel comfortable right away. The energy was up there, people were there to sweat and work hard

Instructer was amazing I was motivated also he made sure I was doing it correctly even though it was a full class I felt like I was in a ring fighting loved it!
