Workout was intense and motivating. Plus you're able to take breaks during workout (drink water, etc) if needed. Classes can fit into anyone's schedule. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

My experience there was so fun! It didn't feel like work. The atmosphere and instructor were very upbeat. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

What do you like about our workout?

This was my first time and I LOVED it. You get an intense workout and the staff is the best! They are all there to help guide you, answer questions and they make you feel welcome (I didn't know what I was doing!). The instructor I had was GREAT (JoSalle) and based on my experience, I'm going to become a member :)

What do you like about our workout?

I like that it makes me work up a sweat and that it's a huge switch up from my normal workout routine.

What do you like about our workout?

The trainers show you step by step to do the different boxing combos so even if you are barely learning or an expert, you are able to keep up and still get a great workout!! Joshua was my trainer on my first day and he was an Awesome Sauce Sandwich with a side of crazy fries!! He kept the group feeling motivated and energized throughout the whole workout! I'm definately joining!!

What do you like about our workout?

This is my first time ever putting gloves on and everyone was very welcoming and helpful. I felt the instructors are supportive rather than judgmental. The 1hr workout was definitely intense but Josalle pushed us to our limits without making us feel ridiculous. The workout was fun and this is why I signed up for more classes!

I really appreciated the extra instruction before my first class along with getting help with the hand wraps. I really enjoyed my first class and hope that my schedule allows me to come back again.

The class was a little big for a first timer, but it was a holiday so there was a lot of people off. I loved the class and the teacher was very motivating!
