Cardio and vibe. I enjoy independently working our with an awesome teacher at the helm of class. Really have enjoyed the classes I've taken .

What do you like about our workout?

Everything. I’m a current member of I love kickboxing and though the gym is great for beginners and for people who do not know how to throw a proper jab cross, it’s more so for the cardio aspect of it. Learning technique is extremely limited.

Title is definitely taking it to the next level. Instructors teach not only the technique of throwing proper combinations, but also add foot work and movement to the boxing/kickboxing classes. The fact that the instructors will grab hand or body pads, then take students to engage with them is a major plus.

Also incorporating cardio, strength and conditioning in between combinations keeps everyone engaged and the classes feel like you have options of taking a quick break to grab water, or to continue to work out and move onto the next combination. There’s an option of how far you want to push yourself in class.

After taking both a boxing and kickboxing class, I knew Title is the place to take my boxing/kickboxing training to the next level. Everyone is extremely friendly; from both instructors and students alike. I also love the fact that there isn’t any judgement regardless of what skill level someone’s has. This is a HUGE plus as it’s common for people to feel intimidated if people around them are at a different skill level. Coaches and people around even first timers will take their time and advice/engage with people who need either clarification of combinations, or correcting technique.

I can’t wait to take my next class tab Title.

What do you like about our workout?

The trainers are very friendly, helpful, motivating, and explain technique so that it is easy to follow. I am excited to go workout, even at 6 am! The people that run the front desk are just as wonderful as well. My overall experience at Title is amazing!

What do you like about our workout?

My experience with TITLE was nothing less than stellar. I submitted my information through the online portal and was contacted by a representative the same day. I spoke to 2 different reps, Hayley and Alex, and they were both extremely polite, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable.

Chris, who prepped me for my first workout, was really nice and took his time explaining everything I'd need to know. He showed me how to wrap my hands and provided information about the gym without making it feel like he was pitching me a sale. He seemed to be genuinely interested in me learning about TITLE and trying it out to see if it was a good fit for my fitness goals.

The workout itself was very challenging and very fun! I'm definitely out of shape, but I've also done some personal training/am coming from an Orangetheory Fitness background so I'm familiar with basic calisthenics drills. I appreciated the dynamic warm up and the cardio drills in between hitting the heavy bag. It was a little difficult to keep up in the sense that you need to have some level of coordination/memory for the combinations, but Coach Jules made it came by and checked on me every so often.

It's only been about a day since I completed the workout and I'm definitely sore and aware of body parts I didn't know I used regularly (who knew that back muscles were involved with sneezing... most painful sneeze of my life!). The few members I spoke with were all really friendly. I think the workout is accessible to fitness beginners and would still be challenging for the fit friends in my life. All in all, I really enjoyed my time at TITLE Boxing Club and look forward to returning sometime.

I loved the instructor and tempo of the class. As a beginner, I was intimidated but everyone was super nice and very helpful. Can't wait to go back!
