What do you like about our workout?

Loved it! It was a lot of fun and I feel like it might be something that might actually cause me to change my bad habits in regards to exercise. The monthly membership price is a lot higher than I was expecting though. Thinking of it now it makes sense, the trainers seemed like total pros it just may be out of my range for a month to month commitment.

It was fun, non-stop action, diverse type of workout that targets entire body. Great music and awesome instructor!!

The trainers at Title Boxing in McKinney are highly engaging and motivating . Hitting the heavy bag is not only superb workout, it is a lot of fun!

What do you like about our workout?

The workout incorporated important factors like strength, cardio, and stretching. I was challenged, but it was nice to be able to go at my own pace. I also liked how it was not short, so my heart rate was up and I was sweating for a good amount of time. It was a solid workout. On top of all of that, it was fun!

What do you like about our workout?

I took tha 730pmclass with Chris and it kicked my butt. Just what I needed. As a result I like the clubs page on FB and gave Chris his accolades. I plan on making his class a weekly workout routine. The staff is Awesome.

What do you like about our workout?

it was a great workout. It's a 45 minute drive me but was worth it to not have to teach just workout. It was a bit pricey for the long trip but sometimes you just got to do what you got to do!
