Biggest thing was that it was fun. I have done A LOT of different workouts, been to many gyms, done video workouts but none have been both physically effective and fun.

What do you like about our workout?

It was my first time doing boxing class. I actually thought I was signed up to try kickboxing. Miscommunication. I didn't know what to expect since I only have done kickboxing cardio, which Is also fun because it's rhythmic. I think they should have a little more space between bags. I touched someone once and I was touched once (just slightly). And my bag swinged far enough to touch the person in front of me. I hope she doesn't hate me. Lol. The instructor is excellent. He pushed me to my max. The owner is a sweetheart, I love her energy. Just hoping for a good discount to sign up, otherwise I'll just go back to my kickboxing cardio at the gym close to my house.

Always a good workout. It is hard, but the trainer and staff are very encouraging no matter your fitness level
