While it was very hard I appreciated the understanding nature of the trainer and the modifications presented, plus the help in learning the proper techniques.

It's intense and something very new for me which I love, but if I have to take a break, I don't get berated by the instructors. In fact, the instructors I've dealt with so far have been great.

The entire staff and the instructors (Ryan!) are SO accommodating and helpful and friendly - they took a first time experience that I thought was going to be intimidating, and made it so approachable, fun, and challenging. Will 100% be coming back.

What do you like about our workout?

I loved how fun it was. I was very nervous since it was my first time. They made me feel very comfortable, and checked in on me a lot. I felt so strong leaving. I can't wait to do this again.

The workout itself is hard and gets you moving, but overall it is very easy as the workout is already pre-determined and you can simply walk in and get started

What do you like about our workout?

I like how the instructors go around to everyone and kindly assist with dieting the moves. They are all very motivational and upbeat. The rounds are timed right and the structure of the class is great to help encourage return visits. So far I've had classes with Jenn, Emily, and Kosai, who are all great. I also wanted to mention that Joe (who I plan on taking a class with) is just so wonderful and positive. Part of the reason I signed up was because of his great attitude and kindness. Janice & Shane are also very helpful.

Raul was a great instructor. Great combination of energy and guidance on form. I'd recommend this to any intermediate or higher
