What do you like about our workout?

I’ve only been once so far but i really liked the vibe of the studio. All of the trainers were awesome. All introduced themselves and gave the run down of the workout. The workout its self was great. Moving the whole time. Instructors were around to show you how to do the move/ make it better. I became a member of the gym and am very excited to reach my fitness goals at the TITLE boxing club!

I love the way that the trainer motivates me to keep going and they take the time to teach good technique for optimal results.

What do you like about our workout?

I loved my first class with Kevin and I'm looking forward to my next class. I'm trying to convince my husband to join me! Everyone was so welcoming and I loved the workout! Travel full time for work, but I will try to make a commitment to come for weekend classes. Hope to be back again soon!

What do you like about our workout?

Best way to get a fun, different, hard workout. You actually see fast, noticeable results very quick. You know exactly where your progress is because you'll notice you can do more during the rounds. Great for everyone too. You don't need to be a fighter. Just have some fight in you.

What do you like about our workout?

I took a trail class...loved it...hadn't ever done boxing before. the teacher was great to show me each sequence since i was new. i'd like to do it again. the only thing that was a bummer for me was how loud the music was...crazy loud.

High energy, full-body workouts with equally high energy and enthusiastic trainers! A comfortable environment for beginners to learn.

What do you like about our workout?

Best workout of my life. For someone like me who doesn't know what to do at a gym, having an instructor who guides the class, teaches the correct movements, and pushes you is the perfect combination. Every single staff member and every person in the class were very friendly. Very much so a non-judgmental environment which is difficult to find. This is the place that I feel welcome and am excited to go to.

What do you like about our workout?

Well organized classes with defined workouts centered around boxing and kick boxing. Best workout you can get in 60 minutes, I think.
