What do you like about our workout?

I took a trail class...loved it...hadn't ever done boxing before. the teacher was great to show me each sequence since i was new. i'd like to do it again. the only thing that was a bummer for me was how loud the music was...crazy loud.

High energy, full-body workouts with equally high energy and enthusiastic trainers! A comfortable environment for beginners to learn.

I like the fast pace workout class but also the positive energy of the coaches and the other members. My favorite way to workout and it goes by really fast because you're having fun

What do you like about our workout?

Best workout of my life. For someone like me who doesn't know what to do at a gym, having an instructor who guides the class, teaches the correct movements, and pushes you is the perfect combination. Every single staff member and every person in the class were very friendly. Very much so a non-judgmental environment which is difficult to find. This is the place that I feel welcome and am excited to go to.

What do you like about our workout?

Well organized classes with defined workouts centered around boxing and kick boxing. Best workout you can get in 60 minutes, I think.

What do you like about our workout?

it is a challenging hour of cardio. I love that you have a bag infront of you to hit and
pratice all that is shown to you. instructor is hands on, moves around the room, gives
personal attention to make sure form and technique is correct. The class pushes you
to challenge yourself as well as go at your own pace. It is a good class for beginners
through highly trained. I was worked throughout the enire class and left sweaty, tired,
and feeling awesome.

What do you like about our workout?

I love how hard core the workout is. You feel like you have accomplished something. Even if your not in shape, go at the pace you can go and get through. You will still have the best workout.

The intensity and challenges of the workout. The fellowship the staff and other attendees shared with me made me feel at ease and allowed me to enjoy myself.
