My first workout at Title was intense, varied, and appropriate for all different levels of experience and fitness level. Kylee is friendly and very helpful. Steve is a great instructor!

What do you like about our workout?

I had my first PT session tonight with Mark and he's phenomenal at what he does!! Hours later, my body feels like I was just at the spa. Every trainer pushes me during each class; you forget that there are other people in the room.

What do you like about our workout?

I really love how it gets you in fit really well. There is a 15 minute warmup, 30 minutes of Boxing or kickboxing, and another 15 minute for core. Those are all good amount of times and it really does help. I love the routine it's really great and helpful and makes you feel like you accomplished something.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the instructors and the fast pace of the workout! It is one hour that works to totally destrses from the day.

What do you like about our workout?

It's a great workout I really felt the burn , time goes fast , instructor are really helpful , I liked the motivating music . My family and I are really excited about this place !! Greatly recommend it .

What do you like about our workout?

Different works all parts of your body I just felt a bit lost and confused a tab bit overwhelmed other than that fun and different enjoyed it just wish I knew what I was doing and could get more help and demonstrations as to what to do. Very exciting tho

What do you like about our workout?

These workouts are great! The classes are challenging but very doable with trainers that are encouraging and always ready to help if needed. In addition, whenever I've done a one on one session with a trainer they are careful to evaluate what needs to be strengthened and to offer instruction on using equipment. They give you a plan to improve your workout and will assist in setting new goals.

After years of trying different gyms and plans..... Title Boxing is the best workout I have every done !!

What do you like about our workout?

1. The staff is very friendly and helpful!
2. I felt very comfortable.
3. There are all different levels of people in the class which helps motivate and also does not make you feel bad if you can not keep up with the top performers.
4. The location is very convenient.
5. The class is at a good pace and the time goes by fast.
