It keeps you moving the whole time. It's a very high intensity workout but done in a way that keeps switching it up so you're not doing the same thing the whole time. One of the best workouts I've ever had

Once I got the rhythm of the class down is was easy to lose myself in it and really focus on pushing myself past exhaustion!
