What do you like about our workout?

It's my first time to join a boxing class and I totally love it. I feel both releasing and energetic on the same time. It's an absolutely awesome work out that everyone should try. Also, I love the trainer there. They help to motivate me a lot. 👍👍👍

What do you like about our workout?

Great combination of circuit training and boxing. Excited to hone my skills, and of course keep working up a hard sweat.

I'm a first time kick boxer and it was very intense, but also easy to follow the instructor. I would definitely do it again! Thanks!

It keeps your interest and is never boring or routine. Not to mention it tones and strengthens your entire body all in 60 minutes.

What do you like about our workout?

I worked muscles I was not working by running. I burned off a lot of stress. I sweat a lot and felt like I had a good workout. The best part was that it was fun!

What do you like about our workout?

I took tha 730pmclass with Chris and it kicked my butt. Just what I needed. As a result I like the clubs page on FB and gave Chris his accolades. I plan on making his class a weekly workout routine. The staff is Awesome.
