Justin's class was intense and I couldn't be more pumped to take his class again. Great motivator and kept the entertained high even though it was a small class.

Everyone is very friendly and welcoming, and I felt like I received personalized attention. As a newcomer to boxing as a sport, it was a great introduction.

I like how I can get so into the workout but at the same time, not even think about it being a workout! Its way better than just going to the gym and doing the same thing over and over.
Plus you'll having tons of fun while learning a new sport!
