What do you like about our workout?

The workout is self paced, but fast tempo. The staff are very positive and encourage you the whole time. The instructor takes the time to show techniques as well as spend time with every individual so no one feels left out. It's a great class to go to.

What do you like about our workout?

What I liked most about the workout was that there was a little bit of everything. I do suggest for first timers that you set time aside before class to go over the workout, facility etc. I was just thrown in and had to make sure I paid attention to the coach. Overall though I really enjoyed it and would go back.

What do you like about our workout?

Very intense, and something different from the normal gym routine. You get a great workout in all aspects, and I like that along side boxing, we also focus on a core workout at the end.

What do you like about our workout?

All the instructors are great!!! All the classes are high intensity and the instructors have a great mix of Isometric exercises that allow you to catch a breath while still working the body! Recommend for anyone looking to get a great workout while punching/kicking a bag as hard as you can!!
