I really like how the fitness trainers take the time to work with you one on one during class to make sure you are doing the moves correctly. Also, they are good at keeping the energy up and motivating you to do your best during your workout.

Biggest thing was that it was fun. I have done A LOT of different workouts, been to many gyms, done video workouts but none have been both physically effective and fun.

What do you like about our workout?

The workout was completely intense and nothing like I've ever experience before and my entire body hurts but in a good way. The trainer Gabby was amazing! I plan on adding boxing to my routine.

What do you like about our workout?

I definitely felt the burn early on, but I loved it. The instructor was great and helped my friends and I a lot. It was nice that I could go hard as much as I wanted or wanted to take a little slower or easier when I wanted to. Loved the motivation of everyone in the room, it made me want to keep going and push through each workout.

Amazing class. Went on a Saturday morning and I think our instructors name was josh and he was awesome. Super nice and friendly staff Definitely getting a membership. Can't wait
