It was intense. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had all equipment for me to use. Really good work out. I liked that we did warm up then boxing. It keeps it interesting. I will definitely be back!

What do you like about our workout?

For being a newbie, I felt super comfortable. My trainer for that evening was Tom. I loved how he walked around the room giving you tips on how to do the moves accurately and he was also pretty encouraging. My heart rate was up the entire time and the hour flew by. Thanks for a fun evening Tom!

It is a really hard workout but it modivates me to do it harder.

What do you like about our workout?

It's very intense and the instructor is helpful and manages to have a one on one with everyone. It was great. Will definitely recommend and come for more classes. My arms and thighs are still feeling it.

Eric was awesome, I had the most fun during a workout ever and I felt it in every part of my body the next day.
