What do you like about our workout?

The intensity, I wasn't not expecting the class to be that intense. It was a learning experience and i enjoyed, I learned that I am out of shape. I will be back I recommend everyone to try this out.

What do you like about our workout?

That I kept moving and that there were quick breaks to drink water. I alsoliked that the first part was boxing and the second half was on the floor with the medicine ball. If I wasn't able to do something it was OK.

What do you like about our workout?

Great workout for my daughter! She's in shape swims 5 days a week, 2 hrs a day. I was looking to build her upper body strength and I like that it wasn't just all straight boxing cardio. Like the incorporation of the pushups, medicine ball etc..... Hope to return if I can work a plan for a few months in her off season

What do you like about our workout?

The energy, atmosphere, and no intimidation! Too fun it doesn't feel like your working out hard, but the teacher does a great job of distracting you and helping you keep up. I love it and recommend it to everyone who says they are trying to work out.

What do you like about our workout?

It was intense but at my own pace. The instructors and members did a great job at keeping me motivated throughout the workout and offering alternate methods for the combos. If there was a gym closer to me I'd join.
