I like the friendly informative information. Sylvan is always willing to talk with me and give feedback. Jennie has been very helpful. I never feel like I'm bothering them or that my child's needs are not important. They are very flexible. I think they are very helpful and that you and your child are always important. I've never run into anyonw who works there that just seems to be having a bad day and takes it out on you. My child and I feel very comfortable with Sylvan. I would highly incourage people to try them. A plus is they make your child feel important not like they are just a loser !!!!!!!!!! Sam has made great progress.
Sylvan has helped in showing my child how to learn in a different way that is easir to comprehend. In various areas of schooling the grades have improved, but only at the pace my child can do. There is no other place that I would send my children to now. My children will continue to go to Sylvan for all areas of schooling, because they enjoy the people and the help they receive.

The flexibility of working with our family's schedule to get the time my son needed in to help his test taking abilitites and improving his understanding of geometry. Since we have full time jobs as well as a goat farm, finding time slots that worked for all of us was a challenge that Sylvan made easy. I just gave my times and they always said yes.
