The workout was challenging without feeling too intense like other HIIT classes. The vibe, coaches, and other members were really the best! Extremely welcoming and at no point did I feel pressured or intimidated by anyone to reach a level that was too intense for me. The coaches were extremely helpful and motivating! I absolutely loved it.
I like that there is a focus on all aspects of physical health, namely cardio, strength, flexibility and balance. I also like the HIIT because I rarely do that when I work out at home. I really need other people around me to push myself that hard.
