What do you like about our workout?

The coach, Frank, made sure everybody was doing everything correct. I really like how Frank was giving the class motivation. The front desk ladies very helpful and professional. The facility was very clean and big. I wish all facilites were like this.

What do you like about our workout?

It is very intense and there is no wasted time. You burn calories from the time you enter the studio until the time you leave. All I have to do is pay attention to my heart rate and ensure that I am working hard enough to get to the Orange zone. The instructors do the rest. The exercises are explained clearly and I can always ask questions if I don't understand. The instructors also pay attention to what participants are doing and help you if you are struggling with any of the exercises. Of course they push you to your limits. I am a 55 y.o. male so I don't run at the speed others run, or lift as much weight as others do but I definitely push myself and I feel that the instructors are motivating me to achieve my best.

I like the intensity and trainers. I appreciate their preparation with the music (which is key to me having a good workout!), how they are able to keep up with the workout changes, and that they are willing to correct form and explain the movements.

Classes are always full (good problem to have!) but tough to get in.

Also notify via text messages if added off waitlist - I don't check email all the time and don't know if get added or not.

What do you like about our workout?

The staff and trainers are amazing!!! They take time to get to know the regulars and our genuine about the progress of their clients! Patrick, Dana, and Jeremy are the best trainers always have great energy and make you want to give that extra push above your comfort zone! I feel like I'm working out amongst friends and feel comfortable when I need help with certain exercises.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the coaches, the music and the energy. I also love how it is not intimidating. I was very nervous to start Orangetheory and assumed that I wouldn't be "fit" enough to keep up with the classes but it really is for everyone. I also noticed results right away and felt stronger after only a few classes.

Everyday is a different workout. It is a great variety of cardio and strength. It is very organized and I love watching the TV monitors for demonstrations of the exercises.
