I really like Joshua Powell. He is very experienced and knowledgeable. I would like him to service my lawn going forward.
Thorough and on time. Real time updates on arrival times and treatment completion. Very friendly, informative and willing to explain the procedures and anything the homeowner may be able to do as well. Also that you can call any time if a problem persists and they come back out to correct it.
I like that I get real-time notification for when the technician will be arriving at my house. That way I can (hopefully) be there in case there is something I need to discuss with him.
