I would like to send a shout out to Donald Shepard for services delivered well beyond my expectations. I had called in for a retreatment because we had 5 days of rain after my treatment and started to see weeds. (I suspect it was the rain and not the service) . Even though this was weather related, you sent Donald back out to retreat for weeds, He explained to me in detail what he was applying, why he was applying and truly showed me he cares how my lawn looks but, more importantly that I was 100% satisfied. I have to say Donald Sheppard is exactly why I am a TruGreen customer and I hope he receives this feedback directly. Feel free to call me on this
