Y'all been doing a good job on my yard for several years. Prompt, courteous and reasonably effective. Your herbicide doesn't seem to be any better than I can find though. Weeds and clover a continuing issue.

I can not pay my account for two months on line because the amount is incorrect there should be an option for payments per month. I was over charged for two services on line. So I will not do auto pay.
I do not get email reminder but rather phone calls...I prefer to not be called unless we have a need.

Today, John Horeth (one of your best TruGreen technicians) came by my house today to complete some yard repair work that needed to be done following damages done by one of your aeration machines that broke down earlier this past fall. Multiple sections of my yard were literally ripped up by the machine that dug down into the ground in strips that were anywhere from 2 to 15 feet long.
John did a fine job of putting down the topsoil and seed that I had requested to at least start the recovery process for all the areas that had been damaged. He walked the yard with me and touched up all of the spots that needed attention. He is a credit to your company.

Unfortunately, we typically can't find the time or just forgt to send a note to our service providers when one of them does a particurly good job or steps up and goes above and beyond.
But I didn't want to let my observation of Jason Warwick and the service he provided on 12/5/22 go unnoticed. It appeared that he took the time with the applications and made sure he put extra in spots that really needed it and did a very thorough job. Really appreciate the dedication. Thank you so much Jason!
