Always get an advance notice of when service will be performed, also can follow along on app as to when driver will arrive. Services are explained by driver or on receipt, if you are not happy with application they will come back and reapply if necessary at no extra cost.

Your tech Emmanuel Cuesta was very friendly. When he came to leave the bill at the door, I opened it and he explained the treatment and told me how long it would take to see results. He also asked if I had any questions. Saw him applying the application and he seemed to cover my lawn very efficiently.
