I was preparing to cancel my service. My yard was the worst in my neighborhood. None of the techs who came out that I spoke to seemed to offer any helpful advice. They honestly didn't seem to care. I called customer service yet again. I used TruGreen at my previous home for over 5 yrs. I had a nice yard, so I wanted to try one more time to see if I could get this turned around. Customer service told me to speak to the tech scheduled to come out to service my yard the next week. That tech is Terrell McFarland. I went out to speak to him and am beyond impressed. He gave me great advice on what to do. Told me of his plan to address some of the issues in my yard. I could tell that Terrell truly cares about his work and his customers. If it wasn't for Terrell I would have absolutely cancelled my account with TruGreen. This tech is an absolute asset to TruGreen.

Specialist ,Ryan Wyatt, does very well on explaining the treatments, and when to do what. In September, October we want to schedule aeration and seeding Ryan does a thorough job, with no shortcuts. Thanks Ryan!
