I think you have some of the greatest Teacher in Champaign. Ms. Cindy and Ms. Nessa make you fell very welcomed and are very helpful with your needs. The teachers that my Grandson Wyatt had were all very friendly and helpful in his learning. Now I have another Grandson going down there and he likes it too. Sylvan's services are wonderful!! The tutors are very professional, but yet personable. My son enjoys attending sessions there and always leaves with a smile on his face. Ross always chatters like a chipmunk on the way home, telling me what he accomplished in each session. Ross managed to improve an entire grade level in as short as 6 weeks. Awesome!!!!!!! Before Sylvan, he was beginning to shut down because I feel he felt so overwhelmed and didn't know what to do. The atmosphere is so positive, yet laid back, and just provides the ultimate tools to all for success. Thank you Sylvan for all you have done for us. Sylvan at Effingham will always hold a special place in my heart!!!! After all, you've given my son confidence in this so confusing, ever changing world of education.This is something that he will always be able to use in daily life and just know that there is no limits if you have the correct resources.

Everything and everyone was so very positive from the very beginning step into the door. Trust me my son was NOT impressed at all with me and my decision for him. I actually stood between him and the door so he wouldn't run out. But after 2 1/2 hours assessment testing, he came out of Amy's office with a smile from ear to ear and when I was asked when he was coming back to finish testing, he quickly said, "tomorrow, mom, tomorrow. He is such a different kid when he is at Sylvan. Thank you, Sylvan! Upward and onward from here on out.
