I like the professional atmosphere of the teachers yet my child doesn't feel she's at school or necessarily being "tutored". The beginning process was also wonderful. They did a great job of assessing my child and then explaining to me where she needed help and the plan of action we were going to take to get her to where she needed to be. It made me feel like we were working together as a team to help her and they had only just met her. She always comes away from her lessons smiling which is another huge bonus!! Well, I am managing paying for and ensuring my daughter uses Carterville Sylvan from St. Louis. The staff has always been available by phone and helped us figure out how we could pay etc.
The teachers are very attentive to each child's individual needs. It's a homey atmosphere where they seem to truly care.
