I look forward to exercising where there are only two coaches and participants at a time. The workout especially for strength is more challenging than any other workout! I feel like I have truly accomplished something important for my body and health and only 20 minutes twice weekly! I love the coaches, the feedback and the lively discussions we have!
The staff is terrific, very friendly, and helpful in getting the most out of my workouts. There is no yelling or belittling, a welcome change from many gyms and coaches elsewhere! I would highly recommend The Exercise Coach to anyone who is looking to build muscle and get healthy in a safe, efficient manner.

The staff are friendly and helpful and provide a positive environment to work out. There are a limited amount of clients working out at any one time which helps to stay focused. One-one trainers give great feedback and provide motivation to work your hardest. The location is easily accessible.
The idea of just two 20-minute workouts per week seems counter intuitive -- until you try it. Then it soon becomes obvious that it's plenty of workout. The method is different and has its own built-in motivation. The coaches are very encouraging and genuinely nice. I recently completed my 8th session and anticipate returning for many, many more sessions.
