I really enjoy the one-on-one training and the small studio size. It's much less intimidating than a large gym or exercise facility. The coaches are great and I feel that I'm getting the focus and encouragement I need to keep pushing myself forward toward goals.

The Exercise Coach offers a wonderful option for those of us who have busy lives and want to stay in shape. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and it is so convenient to get upper body and lower body done in twice weekly sessions. At times, I have had 3 or 4 sessions/week when there were issues that I wanted to focus on for a while. I have thoroughly enjoyed my relationship with the Exercise Coach, and I have been a member for approximately 5 years. Hope you enjoy it as much as I have.
The studio is very clean and well-kept. The machines are extremely efficient and it’s great that it only takes 20 minutes of your day.

Staci is so wonderful and so the coaches are great. She took the time to talk about diet and walk me through so the exercises. Let's me know how much I improve each week. I feel better and keep getting stronger.
Great coaches and atmosphere.
It is small, the clients are friendly and the coaches are open and friendly. You also get a lot of encouragement from the coaches and corrections when you are not in the correct position to perform the exercise. And the studio is clean and the equipment is wiped down prior to your use.........Manny
I like that I have a scheduled time and that I get one on one attention. I like that I feel welcomed every time I am there. I like that the gym is not crowded and that they allow each person to work at their own level. I like that I am stronger and that I am helping with my bone and muscle strength. I like that when I have an injury or muscle aches, they will change my program to accommodate my needs. I like the flexibility of the schedule and that if you have to make a change in your schedule it is not a big deal. I also like that the trainers know what they are doing and help keep me from using the wrong posture when I exercise. I never went to a gym consistently until I joined the Exercise Coach. I would recommend the Exercise Coach to anyone and everyone interested in improving muscle and bone strength which is so important as we age.
The workout is tailored to me and challenges me every time.
It's clean. Machines are spaced adequately. Coach stays with you throughout your workout. Workouts are only twice per week and lasts 20 minutes. Builds strength!

Clean, not crowded
One on one and if there’s a need for change just say it and it done .also very nice trainers.
There are several things. First, I like the personal attention and guidance. Second, the devices and machines that are used continuously measure your progress so you can actually see how you are doing over time. Third it’s a small studio, not a large gym.
